Cavachons
Cavachons are a cross between a Bichon Frise and a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel. They are considered a mixed breed, designer dog, or hybrid. They are a product of careful planning during breeding, choosing two compatible parents with healthy backgrounds and good natures so that the puppies inherit the best characteristics possible. They are a breed that was first started here at Century Farm Puppies back in 1996. They are now one of the top most registered mixed breeds in the US. Cavachons are registered and come with papers from the American Canine Hybrid Club.
Cavachons typically mature between 10-18lbs at a year. Being a hybrid we have occasional ones smaller or larger than the typical weight. We only raise F-1, or first generation, Cavachons (Cavalier/Bichon). We found out that by breeding F-2, or second generation, (Cavachon/Cavachon) you cannot guarantee that they will still be non-shedding or “allergy friendly.” 1st generation just seem to make the best pets/family members and that is what we are trying for- the best possible pet/family member!
Cavachons make a great addition to any family. They love everyone and everything that they meet. They never meet a stranger! They are non-shedding and “allergy friendly.” They adore kids, but have a way of making everyone in the family feel like they are the favorite! They are very tolerant and for this reason we have placed several in daycare situations and nursing homes. Cavachons are very eager to please dogs. Anything that they do that makes you laugh or smile, they are going to want to do all the more.

Teddy Bears (Shichon)

A teddy bear aka shihchon is a mix of the Shih-Tzu and the Bichon Frise, with both parents being non-shedding, hypo-allergenic breeds. The gentle and friendly nature of the Bichon combined with the compact size of the Shih Tzu and the result is a hybrid who is devoted and affectionate. Available in a wide variety of colors, and weighing just 10-15lb, they are kind and sociable.
Poochons
Parents are the Bichon Frise and the Toy Poodle breeds. These dogs have curlier coat, longer snout and legs. Their size ranges from 10-20 pounds. Their temperament goes great with children. Although they are playful most of the time, they are also sweet-natured, highly affectionate and will do anything to keep their owners happy. You will have no problem introducing them because they are undeniably friendly. They are social dogs who generally enjoy and seek out other pets and are also excellent at tolerating harsh behavior by other dogs.
Cavapoos
A Cavapoo is a mix of the Cavalier King Charles Spaniel and the toy poodle breeds. They are small to medium-sized dogs, typically weighing between 10-20 pounds, depending on parents as well as lifestyle! Cavapoos have a soft, wavy coat that can be either curly or straight, and come in various colors. They are known for their companionable nature, playful personality, and low-allergen coat.
