Delivery & Returns

At Century Farm Puppies, we take great care in ensuring that your new furry family member arrives to you safely and securely. There are Century Farm Puppies all over the world! Our delivery methods are designed to prioritize the well-being of the puppies during transit. During your application process, let us know if you would like a quote for delivery.  This can include flights, driving to your destination, or somewhere in between.  Our Flight Nanny flies with your puppy on the airplane, escorts them from our farm to their destination, and hand delivers the pup to you at the airport.  Your pet is seated with their Flight Nanny on the airplane and never leaves their side, being cared for all the way home.

We use sanitized pet carriers for safe transport only and will deliver any needed documents as well. Our flight nannies will have food and water on hand – these will be given along the way if needed. We will communicate with you before, during and even after the delivery with flight numbers and times as well as any updates to the schedule.
Our commitment to your satisfaction extends to our return and exchange policy. If for any reason you need to make a return or exchange, we have a straightforward process in place to assist you. We want you to feel confident in your decision to welcome a puppy into your home, and our policy is designed to provide you with peace of mind.​
